MIT made its debut on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 21 October 2010 as Singapore's largest REIT IPO.
The property portfolio of MIT comprises 83 properties located across Singapore, which is valued at S$2.9 billion. The property types include Flatted Factories, Business Park Buildings, Stack-up/Ramp-up Buildings, Light Industrial Buildings and a Warehouse.
MIT is managed by Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. ("Manager"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sponsor. MIT provides Unitholders exposure to the robust Singapore economy and resilient industrial property sector. The Manager aims to offer Unitholders stable distributions and achieve long-term growth in asset values for Unitholders.
