MLT is managed by Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. (the “Manager”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.
The Manager has in place a professional management team with strong expertise in investment and asset management of logistics properties in Singapore and the regional markets. Its key objective is to provide Unitholders with competitive total returns through regular distributions and growth in asset value through the implementation of the following strategies:
- optimising organic growth and hence, property yield from the existing portfolio;
- making yield accretive acquisitions of good quality logistics properties; and
- managing capital to maintain MLT’s strong balance sheet and provide financial flexibility for growth.
