Tata Communications Exchange
Tata Communications Exchange was developed for Tata Communications as their flagship data centre. The six-storey Hi-Tech Building with a GFA of approximately 172, 900 sq ft was completed in June 2010. Tata Communications Exchange is used as regional headquarters and data centre by the multinational info-communications company. The building has been conferred the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Award (commercial interiors) and the Green Mark Gold Award by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore.
K&S Corporate Headquarters
K&S Corporate Headquarters is a purpose-built global headquarters at Serangoon North for Kulicke & Soffa (K&S), a global leader in the design and manufacture of semi-conductor and LED assembly equipment. The five-storey Hi-Tech Building is used for production, research and development as well as a corporate office, which has a GFA of approximately 332,200 sq ft. K&S has committed to occupy 69% of the NLA on a long-term lease while the remaining space has been configured to be leased to multiple parties. K&S Corporate Headquarters was completed in October 2013.
